Looking for a fun way to enjoy holiday lights while staying comfy and cozy? Crank up the heat and drive through the 2022 Bull Run Festival of Lights this holiday season. Now through January 8th, the glowing holiday display lines a 2.5-mile stretch of paved road within Centreville’s Bull Run Regional Park.

Since you pay per car ($30), load up your vehicle with everyone one of your holiday-loving friends, reserve a ticket for your chosen evening, and head to the park anytime between 5:30 and 10 p.m. As soon as the sun sets, the holiday lights glow to life, depicting fun and festive scenes. Roll slowly through soaring illuminated arches and pass by vibrant scenes from the North Pole and beyond. If you’re willing to bundle up and brave the cold, you can also check out the Holiday Village while you’re at Bull Run Regional Park. It’s packed with local vendors selling one-of-a-kind holiday gifts, as well as hot food and drink (hot cocoa, anyone?). There’s also the Holiday Carnival complete with rides and games for the thrillseekers in your group.
