Whether you actually experienced the ‘80s firsthand or you just love the hair metal music that marked a shift in modern rock in the era, you’re going to enjoy the Like Totally ‘80s Party at Solace Brewing Company. On Saturday, July 16th the local brewery is throwing it way back with a bash dedicated to big hair, bold rock ballads, and everything else that was great about the ‘80s.
The Reflex, an ‘80s tribute band, will serve as headliners for the fun event. RSVP online to secure your ticket ($19.80 per person) and then head to the brewery between 6:30 and 7 p.m. on July 16th to get the party going. You’re strongly encouraged to wear your flashiest ‘80s ensemble—think neon bodysuits and acid-washed ripped jeans. That way, you’ll fit right in with the rest of the revelers as you dance along to Journey, Toto, and other big names from the late 20th century. Each ticket includes a full pour of your choice of house-brewed beer (not including the hard seltzers), but feel free to pay as you go to keep the drinks flowing all night.
