Run for a Good Cause During the Fairfax Turkey Trot The past year and a half has been challenging for everyone, but especially for low-income families. Britepaths is a local organization that’s been there to lend a helping hand when these families needed it, not only for the past 18 months but for the past 30 years. And this nonprofit is the organization that will directly benefit when you sign up for the Fairfax Turkey Trot.

If you’ll be spending this Thanksgiving finally reunited with family, expressing gratitude for everything you have, kick off the day by making sure everyone in your community has their needs met, too. Register for the Turkey Trot to contribute to Britepaths’ mission and preemptively burn off some of that pumpkin pie! The four-mile race begins at 9 a.m. sharp on the morning of November 25th in Mantua (see the exact starting line here) and snakes throughout residential areas of the community. The registration fee is $35 per person if you register before November 1st, but the fee increases to $40 on November 2nd. It includes a Turkey Trot t-shirt that you’re invited to wear when you arrive on race day! Grab it and your bib at the Mantua Swim and Tennis Club on Wednesday afternoon (from 4 to 7 p.m.) or early in the morning on Thanksgiving, before the race begins.
