This year, we’ll be helping our residents get on track with their fitness goals with a three-month long Fitness Challenge from February through April. Whether you’re already committed to working our or you’ve never even had a gym membership, this challenge is open to people of all skill levels and all points in their wellness journeys. Many studies show that working out with others helps to hold you accountable to your fitness goals, not to mention keeps your workouts fun and social!

Our Fitness Challenge will include complimentary classes and lectures throughout the three months. If you choose to participate, we’ll take your measurements and weights  at the beginning, middle, and end of the challenge to monitor your progress and see how far you’ve come. There will be prizes throughout the challenge, and at the end, they’ll be even prizes to reward you for finishing! If you’re looking for a way to boost your workout routine and even meet some friendly faces around the building, you won’t want to miss out on this fun challenge.
